So you missed when they smashed Mourinho’s Roma 6-1?

Re: Celtic
How on earth did Scotland get 2 champions league places?

Admittedly they were both in the qualifying rounds but it makes no sense, Scottish football is shite.

Celtic have been an utter embarrassment in all competitions, Rangers are showing some good fight currently but lack any real quality..... Oh how I hope we get them in the next round.

I'd never heard of Bodo/Glimt until a week ago.

Re: Celtic
I watched all of the Celtic game. They were mesmerisingly shit. I can't imagine why anyone would pay more than a tenner to watch them. Absolute headless chickens.

They can start off in NL North and see how they get on against Kidderminster Harriers. Shouldn't take them more than a couple of years to get used to the higher quality of football.

League 1 at best

They think they deserve to be in premier league aswell

Re: Celtic
Celtic got absolutely rinsed tonight. Their headless chicken game plan just did not bother Bodo, calmly played straight through them. It also probably helped that the ref was not shit scared to give freekicks against them.
They've got their work cut out to stay in this comp.

Re: Celtic
PB - Just the flew up for the day, been using up some BA vouchers before they expire. I think the atmosphere was defo made better due to it being a night game.

Not got a Newcastle ticket, they've pissed me off with their transfer (well lack of) activity, might concentrate on the Cup/Europa providing I can get tickets, and we beat the mighty Kidderminster!

Re: Celtic
Couldn't agree more, Si.

I did the Edinburgh Derby in 2012, Hearts smashed Hibs, but ot felt tame. Midweek games under the lights might change that.

Have you moved up there, or are you taking weekend trips up to Scotland? Considering where I live, I should.

You at the Newcaslte game? If so, let me know and we'll meet for a beer.

Re: Celtic
PB - did the Edinburgh derby the other night, that was lively.

The atmosphere last night did sound electric, but you can’t not have away fans to make a really derby. The lack of fans in a cauldron of hate like that is almost worth a goal start.

Re: Celtic
There's nothing to dislike about the Celtic boss, but there is with the support. Full renditions of IRA songs last night.

Still one win and a long season to go. Mon the Rangers!

Now, more importantly, back to West Ham.

Ange: "We're upholding the values of this club. I want them to be proud of us. I hope they are on the journey home. We had 60,000 in - I'm sure a lot of them walked in with problems in their life, tonight we made them forget that for a while & that's something special."

What an impressive man.

Re: Celtic
I hate to say this, but the Greek/Aussie chappie has transformed Celtic since we gave them a hammering pre-season.
He's brought in some very good players and they obviously like playing for him.
